Let’s just start off by saying I love this crazy talented girl! I got to know Alysha while working at Goldbug Studio, and we have kept in touch ever since. Alysha now owns her on jewelry line, and my goodness her work is beautiful. Go browse her work here! 

When Alysha contacted me about their photography, I was sooo excited! How can you not be, look at these two lovebirds?! They are getting married next Fall in Asheville, and I cannot wait for their big day. I had quite a difficult time selecting images for this post.

We met at the Sarah P. Duke Gardens for this session, and lucked up with amazing weather! Enjoy this session and leave this sweet couple some love!

Let me tell you guys, these two are fierce. We spent the previous 24-hours watching the weather and stressing over moving their engagement session. You remember the flooding in Chapel Hill this summer one Sunday afternoon? Well we were in Raleigh shooting this gorgeous e-sesh the same time the bottom fell out there! Ansley you made the right call!(:

We started their session at the NC Museum of Art, and got stuck in the rain, which turned out perfect! I mean how sweet are those shots snuggling up together as we waited it out! Later we went to a park where they spend a lot of their time, with a few special appearances of some much loved furbabies! Sometimes you just have to go with it, and it will always turn out just perfect! I’m so excited for their wedding in October!
